Once a month we gather to meditate, energize and heal. We explore the amazing power of our minds and the universal laws that govern existence.

HOW IT WORKS
Beginning of the Night: Exploring healing concepts - 15 Minute Meditation Session

Middle of the Night: Healing Sessions

End of Night: 15 Minute Meditation Session

HOW MUCH IS IT? Donation. Pay what you can the money will be donated to charity.

WHAT TO BRING?


  • Lose Fitting Clothing. Something comfortable.
  • A cushion to sit on for meditation.
  • Massage table if you have one.
  • Notepad and pen.


ABOUT IAN:
Ian has over ten years experience in the health and wellness industry as both a healer and a teacher. He has been initiated by the Dalai Lama and has studied in James Twyman’s seminary for spiritual peace making. He is a Certified Acupuncturist and Hands On Healer. He has taught workshops for the Learning Annex, been the in-house Reiki Master of Toronto's largest day spa and has trained the biggest massage and aesthetic departments in Canada.
